1. Refunds:

   • Goods once sold cannot be taken back or refunded. Please ensure all products are inspected before the Transport leaves the Factory.

   • Orders cannot be canceled once Manufactured.

   • Refunds for excess amount credited, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

   • If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos & Videos.

   • Replacement for damaged goods will be considered at the sole discretion of EarthBlocks.

1. Delivery Timelines:

   • Orders are processed after an Advance Payment, We need 3-4 Weeks to manufacture the Blocks & shipping is based on the delivery address provided.

   • Delivery timelines vary depending on the location and availability of products.

2. Shipping Charges:

   • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at the time of Invoicing. All our shipping is done by third party Vendors. & payments for shipping can be done directly. 

   • Loading, unloading, and transportation costs are additional unless explicitly stated otherwise.
